DRAWING P-01 — SEQUENCE OF OPERATIONS

A process built like a commissioning plan.

Industrial systems don’t go live on a guess, and neither will yours. Every engagement follows the same five steps, with a clear deliverable at each one.

P-02 — STEPS

  1. 01

    Walkthrough

    We come to you.

We spend time where the work actually happens: the front desk, the shop floor, the truck. We ask your team what eats their week and look for the one fix that will pay off fastest.

    You get
A short list of opportunities, ranked by impact.
    We need
An hour or two, and access to the people doing the work.
  2. 02

    Blueprint

    A plan you can read.

A plain-English plan for one clear starting point: what we’ll build, how it fits your existing tools, what changes for your team, and a firm monthly price.

    You get
A written plan and a fixed monthly price.
    We need
    Your sign-off.
  3. 03

    Build

    Built around your tools.

We build and test the system on your real workflows without disrupting your day. You’ll see progress along the way, not just at the end. Most first systems are ready in two to three weeks.

    You get
Regular check-ins and a preview before launch.
    We need
Access to the tools involved, and a point person for questions.
  4. 04

    Commission

    Launched on site.

In industrial work, commissioning is when a system is started up, tested under real conditions and handed over. We do the same: we launch on site, test it with your team, fix anything that needs fixing, and train everyone who’ll use it.

    You get
A working system, a trained team and simple written instructions.
    We need
Time with the people who’ll use it.
  5. 05

    Run & improve

    We stay on the job.

We host, monitor and maintain everything we build. When something needs attention, you get a same-day callback and a fix within 24 hours. Once the first system has proven itself, we talk about what’s next.

    You get
Hosting, monitoring, maintenance, updates and support.
    We need
A heads-up when something in your business changes.

P-03 — SERVICE COMMITMENTS

Availability is part of the design.

The question we hear most is whether we’ll be there when you need us. Here’s exactly what you can count on.

  • 1:1

    Direct line

You talk to the engineers who built your system, not a ticket queue or a call center.

  • Same day

    Callbacks

Every call and message gets a response the same day.

  • < 24 h

    Fixes

Issues are fixed within 24 hours.

  • On site

    Local

We’re in Northeast Wisconsin. When something needs hands-on attention, we come to you.

Focused capacity. We schedule a limited number of new builds at a time, so every launch gets our full attention and existing clients are never pushed aside. If we can’t start right away, we’ll tell you exactly when we can.

P-04 — STANDING OFFER

TRUE NORTH — CONTACT
