Rental & service shops
- Before
- Bookings by phone, a paper calendar on the counter, and reminder calls nobody has time to make.
- After
- Customers book online, the calendar updates itself, and reminders go out on their own.
Controls engineers · Green Bay, Wisconsin
We’ve spent our careers making factory lines run themselves. Now we build the websites, tools and AI systems that do the same for local businesses — so your people can stop re-typing, chasing and copying, and get back to the work that actually needs them.
SHEET 02 — DIAGNOSIS
Most small businesses don’t have a people problem. They have a wiring problem — good people stuck copying, chasing and re-typing what a system should handle for them.
On a factory floor, that’s called a bottleneck, and engineers get paid to remove it. We bring the same discipline to the front office, the shop and the warehouse.
SHEET 03 — SERVICES
Start small or go deep. Everything we build is hosted, monitored and maintained by us, for one monthly fee. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
Level 1 · Presence
A fast, modern website that works on every phone, with online booking, quote requests and a Google listing that actually brings in calls. We keep it updated, so you never touch it.
Level 2 · Tools
Instant quote calculators, smart intake forms, job checklists and simple dashboards, built for the exact way your shop works instead of a one-size-fits-nobody app.
Level 3 · Systems
Inventory that counts itself, timesheets that flow straight into payroll, scheduling and dispatch that update everyone at once, and paperwork that gets read, sorted and filed for you.
Level 4 · Operations
An AI receptionist that answers every call, follow-up that never forgets a lead, support questions resolved before they reach your desk, and new hires onboarded the same way every time.
SHEET 04 — APPLICATIONS
Example applications, the kind of before-and-after we design for.

SHEET 05 — SEQUENCE OF OPERATIONS
The same commissioning discipline we use on industrial systems, scaled to a business your size.
01
We come to you and watch how the work really gets done, then find the one fix that pays off fastest.
02
A plain-English plan with a firm monthly price. One clear starting point, not a giant overhaul.
03
We build around the tools you already use. Most first systems are ready in two to three weeks.
04
Engineers call startup “commissioning.” We launch it on site, test it live and train your team.
05
We host, monitor and maintain it. Something off? You call us directly, with fixes inside 24 hours.
SHEET 06 — LOCAL & CONNECTED
We’re a Green Bay engineering firm with roots on the plant floor: warehouse management systems, HMI overhauls, and getting equipment from different brands to talk to each other. When a line goes down at 2 a.m., nobody cares about buzzwords. They care that it works.
We bring that standard to businesses across Northeast Wisconsin, face to face. The engineers who design your system are the same ones who answer when you call.
SHEET 07 — FIELD LOG
We’re documenting our first projects as they go live. Want yours to be one of them?

SHEET 08 — GENERAL NOTES
No. You know your business; we handle the technology. You’ll get a plain-English explanation of what we built and how to use it, and you never have to touch the parts underneath.
Each system is one flat monthly fee that covers the build, hosting, maintenance and support. No hourly billing. The price depends on what we build and the size of your team, and you’ll get a firm number after the walkthrough, before you commit to anything.
You call us and get the engineers who built it. We call back the same day and fix issues within 24 hours, and because we’re local, we can be on site when something needs hands-on attention.
TRUE NORTH — CONTACT
Tell us what’s eating your week. We’ll come see it in person and show you what we’d fix first. The walkthrough is free, and there’s no obligation.
