DRAWING F-01 — GENERAL NOTES

Fair questions, straight answers.

If you don’t see yours here, ask us. We’d rather answer it in person.

NOTE 1 — GETTING STARTED

Where to begin.

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. You know your business; we handle the technology. You’ll get a plain-English explanation of what we built and how to use it, and you never have to touch the parts underneath.

What happens at a walkthrough?

We visit, watch how the work gets done, talk with your team, and come back with a short list of what we’d fix first. It’s free and there’s no obligation.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Mostly local businesses with about 5 to 50+ employees: trades, service and rental shops, retail, manufacturing and professional offices. More than size or industry, what matters is having repetitive work worth taking off people’s plates.

How long until something is running?

Most first systems are built in two to three weeks. We start with one narrow, high-value fix, prove it works, and only then talk about what’s next.

NOTE 2 — PRICING

What it costs.

What does it cost?

Each system is one flat monthly fee covering the build, hosting, maintenance and support. The price depends on what we build and the size of your team, and you’ll get a firm number after the walkthrough, before you commit to anything.

Do you bill by the hour?

No. One monthly fee per system, with no hourly billing and no surprise invoices.

Can we try it first?

Yes. We’ll build your first system and give it to you free for a month. If it doesn’t earn its keep, you walk away and owe nothing.

How does billing work?

Billing is monthly. Paying by bank transfer is free; card payments are also accepted and may carry a small processing fee.

NOTE 3 — WORKING WITH US

Who you’ll work with.

Who will I actually work with?

The engineers who design and build your system. There are no account managers or call centers between you and the people who can fix things.

Will you be available when we need you?

Yes. Support is part of every plan, not an add-on: a same-day callback, fixes within 24 hours, and ongoing monitoring of everything we build. And because we’re local, we can be on site when something needs hands-on attention.

What happens if something breaks?

Call or message us and you’ll hear back the same day. Issues are fixed within 24 hours, and anything that needs a visit, we handle in person.

How many clients do you take on?

We schedule a limited number of new builds at a time, so every launch gets our full attention and existing clients are never pushed aside. If we can’t start right away, we’ll tell you exactly when we can.

Do you work outside Green Bay?

Yes: De Pere, Appleton, Oshkosh and the surrounding area. Ongoing support mostly happens remotely, but walkthroughs, launches and training are in person.

NOTE 4 — YOUR DATA & YOUR TEAM

Your data, your team.

Is this going to replace my staff?

That’s not what we build for. We take the repetitive work off your people (the re-typing, chasing and copying) so they can spend their time on customers and the jobs that need a human.

What happens to my data?

It stays yours. We never sell or share it, and we never use it to train outside AI models. Sensitive regulated data, like medical records, is out of scope unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.

Is it safe to put AI in front of my customers?

We design every customer-facing system to be upfront about what it is, to stay inside clear limits, and to hand off to a person when it should. We will never help a business mislead its customers.

NOTE 5 — TECHNICAL

How it connects.

Will it work with the software I already use?

Usually, yes. Connecting systems that weren’t designed to talk to each other is what controls engineers do all day. We’ll tell you up front if something isn’t a good fit.

Do I need new hardware or software?

Usually not. Most of what we build runs in the cloud and works on the computers, tablets and phones you already have. If something would genuinely help, like a barcode scanner, we’ll explain why and what it costs before you decide.

What if I already have a website?

We can improve it, rebuild it, or leave it alone and connect new tools to it, whichever makes the most sense for you.
